Inside Boarding Ledger

What it takes care of.

  • Suites and kennels

See every room, who is in it and who checks out tomorrow. Assign suites by size and temperament.

  • Feeding schedules

Times, portions and food type per pet, with a note of what was actually eaten.

  • Medicines given

A checklist built from the owner's instructions. Each dose is logged with time and staff name.

  • Daily notes

Play, walks, naps and mood, in a few taps. Notes roll up into a daily report for the owner.

  • Photo updates

Send a photo each day so owners on holiday do not need to call.

  • Check-in and check-out

Belongings, food brought from home and emergency contacts captured at drop-off.

How it works

Four steps, then it runs itself.

  1. 1

    Book the stay

The owner books dates and a suite type. A deposit can be taken at booking.

  2. 2

    Capture the care plan

At check-in, record food, portions, medicine instructions and belongings.

  3. 3

    Log the day

Staff tick off meals, medicines, walks and add notes and photos as they go.

  4. 4

    Hand back with a report

At pick-up, the owner gets the stay summary and the bill in one message.
